This is the kind of bookshop that if you like books and a good read you dream of - the old fashioned values where the owners actually care that you enjoy what you buy. They make recommendations and get excited that you havent read something and then go into the store room to find it for you. If they were based in London or New York they would have an international following. Always my first stop when visiting Douglas #amazing

Excellent book store with a good cafe and plenty of reading room. Comfortable and not rushed. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Only complaint is the lack of books by new authors on show. Only available to order and yet tables and tables of celebrity books.

The owner Darren, what a great guy, helpful, honest, reliable so good to me when I was looking for a scooter. Advised me about CBT test and went out of his way to sort a new scooter for me. Once I passed my test I was encouraged by the instructor to get a 125 scooter, Darren helped me with this and I am more than happy with my new machine. He looked after me so well and nothing was too much trouble. None of the other biker shops on the island told me about him which was not helpful but now I have found him I shall advise anyone looking for a 2 or 4 wheel motor to deal with him. Fantastic service, kind and caring. Thanks Darren you are one in a million.

For anyone considering visiting Isle of Man I can’t say enough good things about Mike at Isle of Man Motorcycle Adventures! He picked me up from the airport, gave me the choice of a huge selection of bikes, outfitted me with gear I’d need for the ride, took me on a great lap around the TT course and since he has raced the TT was able to tell me all about how it works, history and a lot of insight on how a racer would look at the course. He took me to lunch, to coffee after and dropped me off at the airport! It was an amazing experience.

Nothing will prepare you for the excitement, noise, pace, grit, smell and feeling of being a few feet away from the daredevils that enter this race every year. Sitting on a grass verge somewhere on the 37+ mile racetrack, feet away from a superbike passing at 170+ mph is an experience you cannot afford to miss. Book well in advance to secure accommodation and transport and you won't be disappointed. Don't bother paying for a grandstand seat unless you just want to try it out, but plan to spend most of your time watching the racing from the side of the road somewhere. It's a very long circuit so there's plenty of choice!

Is there an any more iconic motorcycling race than the Isle of Man TT?! The whole 2 weeks is a fast paced festival. Very friendly and well run and a credit to the whole island. Thank you for such an amazing 2018.

Great breakfast menu, Including Filipino breakfasts which are a very tasty. I could eat there all day, not just the all day breakfast that would set you up. But the burgers are really good too, check this place out while your walking the prom.

This store is very varied. From woman's wear to men's wear, children's wear, toys, shoes, Hannah's and home furnishings and much more. Two floors with both elevators and lift. Brand name products at low prices

Great bike shop, very tidy and well layer out. Staff are exceptional after having repeated punctures whilst visiting for the TT they kindly drilled out the rim for schrader valves at my request when I purchased an innertube. Problem was later found to be the rim being slippery and the tyre rotating on it under braking, which was fixed by sanding the paint on the inner rim and some hairspray!

My second favourite bike shop. Since the first closed down many year's ago I guess it must be first. The service is always friendly, professional and very patient.

Late Saturday night I pop my tire with no spare on the island... No shops open on sunday and hope fading fast... Step up Gavin from bike style, he gets in touch and says he is popping into the shop Sunday morning, come and have a look at what we have got. This kind of service needs to be recognised as brilliant! I can not recommended this shop and especially Gavin more... 5 star friendly service that cannot be beat! Thank you bike style!

I really wanted the iPhone 8+ but could only afford to get out a loan and pay for it this way. Dan who works here was so helpful, talked me through everything and within a week or so I had my loan approved AND the iPhone delivered to my door. Communication is spot on too! 10/10 recommend this place for anything. Thank you very much :-)

Aber da es in diesem Ort der einzige Laden war, der mir für den Kauf von Bio-Lebensmitteln möglich schien, habe ich ihn angesteuert. Das Sortiment umfasst jedoch in erster Linie Nahrungsergänzungsmittel - diese allerdings in großer Auswahl. Echte Lebensmittel habe ich dort leider nicht entdeckt.

I have found not only an excellent range of tradition jewellery and watches but a range of unusual items that aren’t commonly seen around. Couple this with first class service: nothing is too much trouble for the staff and you have the makings of the top jeweller in the Isle of Man

Wonderful selection of all your pet needs at fair and reasonable prices! The owner Karen is polite, friendly and very knowledgeable on animals. We came in to buy some goldfish and she was able to help us pick out the right food and also give us some excellent advice! Can't recommend this local little pet store enough!

CleerVu have provided faultless installation of previous satellites and sky boxes for my family and are always happy to answer any questions, no matter how simple they may be. Knowing of their wider work and having seen their work in local public houses I am always impressed. I wouldn't ever go anywhere else, and in fact my family are really excited to be soon having a new home system set-up put in by CleerVu. Can't wait! 😀

Had my new 55ins SUHD fitted in my living room all my horrible old cables in a nice new tubular stand my sonos is absolutely brilliant thanks Craig even hoovered up Bedroom tv on wall magic wires no cables visible all went behind plasterboard wall thanks to Russ and stuey for going in loft to put wires down again wouldn't know anybody had been in there left clean and tidy. Great price and fitting charges Set up my sky at same time very happy customer

Prices are bad for second-hand gear in my opinion. Fair selection, although they could stand to clear the second floor of dvds and get more present-day stuff up there. Pretty much only place I come across anime blu-ray and games so cant complain too much.
